Terms and Conditions

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By engaging the services of ARC Digits (“ARC Digits” or “we”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all services provided by ARC Digits, unless otherwise explicitly stated in a separate agreement.

2. SERVICES
ARC Digits will provide digital marketing, web development, design, and related services as agreed upon in the project proposal. Any additional services requested outside the scope of the initial agreement may be subject to additional charges.

3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
The client agrees to provide all necessary information, materials, and approvals required for the timely completion of the project. Failure to do so may result in delays, and ARC Digits shall not be held responsible for any consequences arising from such delays.

4. PAYMENT
Payment terms will be outlined in the project proposal. ARC Digits reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for overdue accounts. All fees are non-refundable once services have commenced.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Any materials developed by ARC Digits, including but not limited to websites, designs, and marketing collateral, are the intellectual property of ARC Digits until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, the client will have the right to use and distribute these materials.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY
Both parties agree to keep confidential any information exchanged during the project. It includes, but is not limited to, business strategies, proprietary information, and project details.

7. WARRANTIES
ARC Digits warrants that the services provided will be of a professional standard. However, ARC Digits cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes related to the use of our services.

8. LIABILITY
ARC Digits shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the services provided. The client agrees to indemnify and hold ARC Digits harmless from any claims resulting from the client’s use of our services.

9. TERMINATION
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material terms of the agreement. In the event of termination, the client shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.

10. MODIFICATIONS
ARC Digits reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
